“Life on the Line” is a bizarre film that supposedly pays tribute to the heroic acts of American linemen, who put their lives in danger by keeping the electric grid running. Bizarre, because the movie seems to be mindlessly created by a bunch of angry and lazy 9-year-old kids for a school project—rushed.
